Front End Engineer

Chiron Health, a telemedicine startup, is looking for a front end developer to lead in the development of features utilizing Javascript. A significant portion of the Javascript focus is in the integration of a WebRTC SaaS. The interactions of the WebRTC service and the UI require a skillful use of Javascript. 

Since our initial launch last year, our user base has grown steadily. Accordingly, there’s a greater demand to deliver a high quality user experience with the leveraging of Ember.js as a client side framework.

This job posting is for a full time position in Austin, TX.

Required Skills / Experience:

• Strong knowledge of Javascript
• Enjoys working with Coffeescript and EmberScript
• Worked with Ember.js on at least one production application
• Uses Mocha for Javascript testing
• Knowledgable with REST web API architecture
• Comfortable in developing a front end with Sass and HTML 5
• Familiar with Git for version control
