Technical Support Representative (TSR)

The Technical Support Representative (TSR) for Chiron Health first and foremost duty will be to provide exceptional customer service to our callers and fellow employees. The TSR will assist patients and doctors to ensure that they are able to have a seamless conversation via video conference. This person will work closely with product managers, quality control managers, and our development team to be constantly improving the level of service we offer.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Assist users via phone, email, and video conference.
  • Provide technical information pertaining to our service.
  • Manage callbacks through voicemail and email as dictated by volume.
  • Document and track daily workload through Zendesk.
  • Responsible for continuous education of product knowledge.
  • Represent Chiron Health and our clients in a professional and courteous manner through telephone, video conference and email communications.
  • Coordinates customer requests for technical support, working through to conclusion.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • High School and two (2) plus years of work experience troubleshooting for customers.
  • Deep understanding of technical systems and software debugging
  • Have the ability to troubleshoot software and hardware over the phone, or via e-mail.
  • Talent for communicating effectively, explaining things in a logical manner, maintaining a professional demeanor. 
  • Experience and ability to work on his/her own without direct supervision
  • Critical thinking and problem solving ability: synthesize findings from analysis and draw conclusions.
  • Skilled in problem resolution and providing best practices solutions.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to manage across functions at various levels. 
  • Self-motivated individual with the desire to succeed and motivate others.
