The Technical Support Representative (TSR) for Chiron Health first and foremost duty will be to provide exceptional customer service to our callers and fellow employees. The TSR will assist patients and doctors to ensure that they are able to have a seamless conversation via video conference. This person will work closely with product managers, quality control managers, and our development team to be constantly improving the level of service we offer.
