Chiron Health is looking for an incredibly talented growth hacker who will serve as the catalyst for the growth of engagement, conversion, and revenue generated from our Marketing and Sales teams. The growth hacker position at Chiron Health is a key driver of leads and revenue. We’re looking for an innovative marketer to take it to the next level.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with key stakeholders (VP of Sales, Marketing team) to implement automation for marketing campaigns
- Configure and deploy new marketing automation solutions (Marketo) and integrate them with CRM (Salesforce.com)
- Collaborate with sales team on enhancing and troubleshooting issues with the lead creation system and integration
- Develop and implement data quality and enrichment programs utilizing external data sources
- Provide expertise and best practices in implementing nurturing programs with Marketo and other source system data
- Reduce time spent on manual tasks including list imports/exports, data cleanup, & data enrichment, through the utilization of automation
- Improve sales efficiency through nurturing and scoring programs
- Be incredibly creative and tenacious in taking campaigns from inception to completion
Requirements:
- 3-5 years’ work experience administering Marketing Automation solution (e.g., Eloqua, Marketo, HubSpot);
- Three years’ work experience implementing full cycle projects including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, and support
- Three years of experience with Salesforce CRM
- Salesforce.com certification a major plus
- Exceptional proficiency in learning complex software solutions
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, team building, and support skills
- Business or Sales Ops analyst experience a plus
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree a plus
