Reflex Zone Therapy
List Price: £25.99
Our Price: £25.92
You Save: £0.07
Reflex zone therapy (RZT) affords a way of treating the whole
person through the small surface of the feet. This is a guide
to practising RZT. The first section describes the basis and theory
of RZT, its historical development, its contemporary spread and
its uses. It then examines the scientific basis of its action.
Part Two looks at the basics of RZT practice. First the practical
issues involved in preparing for practice are detailed - the room,
the equipment needed, the keeping of records and the legal position
of the therapist. Then the course of treatment is considered,
covering assessment, treatment and follow-up. A general order
and procedure for each treatment is suggested, and also modifications
to this general pattern necessary in particular conditions. Part
Three looks at the reflex zones of the body. Each of the organ
systems, and their assessment and treatment is described and illustrated
accordingly. The final section covers the use of RZT in different
groups of people, including pregnant women, children, elderly
people and those with life-threatening illnesses such as cancer.
